At Nature Comfort Co., we value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of every product we ship. While most of our products are final sale due to their handmade and natural nature, we’re always here to make things right if something goes wrong.
📿 Crystals & Jewelry (All Sales Final)
Due to the delicate, one-of-a-kind nature of crystals and handmade jewelry, all sales are final on these items.
Each crystal is hand-selected and inspected to ensure natural quality. Please note:
- Natural variations in color, shape, size, and inclusions are to be expected.
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for preferences or minor natural imperfections.
🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please reach out within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To qualify for a replacement or correction:
- Contact us at refunds@naturecomfortco.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll send instructions for a replacement or next steps.
Please do not send any items back unless explicitly instructed. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
📦 Shipping Responsibility on Returns
If a return is authorized (only for wrong or damaged items):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
💳 Refund Timing
Approved refunds (in rare exceptions) will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank.
