At Nature Comfort Co., we’re committed to getting your order to you safely, efficiently, and with care. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
🚚 Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
📍 U.S. Shipping Rates
We currently ship within the United States only.
Standard Shipping — $5.95
Applies to jewelry, mini bundles, mystery bags, and smaller crystal items.
Crystal Bundle Shipping — $9.95
Applies to larger crystal bundles, heavier crystal assortments, and select decor pieces.
Free Shipping Over $50
Orders over $50 (before tax) qualify for free U.S. shipping.
Estimated delivery time:
3–5 business days after shipment.
🌍 International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available, but may be offered in the future as Nature Comfort Co. continues to grow.

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order ships.

Nature Comfort Co. is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
🔁 Returns & Order Issues
Due to the nature of our products and the curated/mystery style of many of our bundles, all sales are currently final.
