At Nature Comfort Co., we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:

🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.

 

📍 Shipping Within the U.S.

• Flat Rate Shipping: $5.95 on all orders under $50
• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 (before tax) ship free!

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days from the ship date.

 

🌍 International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping at a flat rate. Please note that delivery times may vary by location, and customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days

 

📬 Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

🧾 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

 

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns at this time. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at refunds@naturecomfortco.com and we’ll make it right.
